Toolinium uses a practical testing process focused on the main task a visitor came to complete.
We check the core path: load the tool, provide a valid input, run the operation, inspect the output and verify that download or copy actions work as expected.
Where relevant, we test different sizes, formats, empty inputs and invalid inputs. Browser-only tools are also reviewed for obvious device or memory limitations.
We distinguish local browser processing from server or third-party processing. API keys should remain server-side, and tools that transmit user content should disclose that behavior in the interface or documentation.
Automated results are checked for usefulness, but we do not treat confidence scores or generated outputs as proof of perfect accuracy. Important files should be reviewed by the user before publication or submission.
Health-related and financial calculators are presented as estimates for general information. They are not substitutes for medical, financial, tax or legal professionals.
Updates may be triggered by user feedback, browser changes, dependency changes, security findings or changes to the external services a feature relies on.
