This policy explains how Toolinium describes tools, publishes guides, handles corrections and keeps claims aligned with the actual product.
Tool pages should describe the feature that exists today. We avoid claiming guaranteed rankings, perfect OCR, perfect image restoration, professional diagnosis or other outcomes an automated tool cannot promise.
Guides are written to help a visitor complete a task, not simply to repeat keywords. When a limitation affects the result, it should be stated near the relevant feature.
For technical, search, privacy or standards-related claims, Toolinium prefers primary documentation and official sources where practical. Product behavior is checked against the current Toolinium implementation.
Pages may be updated when a tool changes, a factual issue is found, or clearer instructions are needed. Material corrections should replace inaccurate wording rather than preserve it for search traffic.
AI may assist with coding, testing ideas or drafting, but published claims should remain reviewable against the working tool and reliable sources. See the AI Transparency Policy.
